smart people saying smart things

Leonard Pitts, columnist for the Miami Herald, has some interesting thoughts about Lin-sanity and the way the African-American community is reacting to it. I rarely if ever agree completely with anything I read, but this one had me nodding my head far more than most. While Mr. Pitts is writing specifically to African-Americans, I think this is a point well taken for all races.
